Aim of the position:
As a PR Specialist your role will contribute to building and maintaining a positive public image for the company, fostering trust among stakeholders, and helping the company achieve its overall business objectives . You will play a crucial role in building our brand's presence, creating compelling content, and engaging our community. Your innovative ideas and excellent communication skills will propel our brand forward, driving our company's growth.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationship with relevant media outlets, journalists
- Draft and distribute press releases to announce company milestones or other significant events
- Respond to media inquiries and requests for information
- Craft key messages and communication strategies to promote the company’s values, achievements and goals
- Organize media events or press conferences
- Build and maintain relationships with industry organizations, associations and stakeholders
- Attend relevant industry events to network and promote the company
- Identify opportunities for the company to be involved in community initiatives or environmental efforts related to battery technology
- Communicate the company’s commitment to sustainability and responsible business practices
- Monitor media coverage and social media for mentions of the company and industry trends
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of PR campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
- Stay informed about relevant industry regulations and ensure that the company’s communication complies with these standards
- Developing the company’s CSR strategy and implementing it
Expected q ualifications & degrees
- Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, or a related field or equivalent combination of relevant experience and academic training will be considered
- Proven experience in public relations, preferably in the media or technology sector
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English speaking and writing
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with media professionals
- Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Experience in public communication and issues management.
- Skills to communicate ideas clearly and concisely
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Knowledge of Chinese culture is an advantage
